Will New England Watch stop someone from breaking into my home?

No company can promise you that they will stop someone from breaking in. We at New England Watch feel that if your home looks as if someone is home,then your home is less inviting.

How will New England Watch make my home less inviting?

After a storm we will be out to clear porches,and walkways. If someone is watching your home, our fresh foot prints will again make it look as if your home. If your porch light is on at night, someone watching might consider a different home.

Why do I need a contract for service with New England Watch?

We feel this will protect both you the home owner and New England Watch. It simply out lines what service you want us to provide,how much you will be billed for those services and a start and end date.

Why will New England Watch provide a photo CD of my home? And why would I need it?

There are two reasons for a photo CD of your home. First if there is ever a break in, we have the CD to show the Police what is missing and what if any damage has been done. This is also helpful to your insrance company. The second reason is that if your home is damaged by a storm, we again have the CD for not only your insurance company but also for repairs.

What charges will there be to start services?

New England Watch charges a $45.00 set up fee. This fee will cover opening your file, the inspection of your home, setting your contract limits and fees.

Can New England Watch watch my home if I simply go on vaction? How long will I have to be gone?

New England Watch will gladly watch your home if your on vaction, no time limit is set. It is your vaction, we will watch your home for a weekend, a week, a month or even longer.
